Exchange & Returns Policy

At Ali Raza Emporium, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Exchange & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. Returns are not accepted.

• Items can be exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Exchange requests made after 3 days of receiving the order will not be accepted.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.

Delivery Charges

• Customers are responsible for all delivery and courier charges related to the exchange process.
• The customer must pay the shipping cost for sending the item back as well as the delivery charges for the replacement item.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Used or washed products
• Damaged items caused by customer misuse
• Products without original tags or packaging
• Exchange requests submitted after the 3-day period
